I'm guilty of this too. Getting so caught up in the hustle that I forget to laugh at the chaos, celebrate the wins, or even remember why I started this journey in the first place.

But here's what I've learned: we NEED to laugh more.

Laugh at those early mistakes when we didn't know any better. Laugh about where we're boldly planning to take our businesses next. Laugh with friends, colleagues, your kids – anyone who can remind you that work doesn't have to be so serious all the time.

Taking things with a grain of salt doesn't mean taking them less seriously. It means bringing joy back into what we do. It means pausing to appreciate how far we've come. It means lightening the load so we can actually enjoy the ride.

Sometimes the best strategic move is simply remembering to have fun along the way.
